Cuba is  a jewel, a sparkling diamond surrounded by the blue green waters of the Caribbean islands, it has palm trees dotting the white coral beaches. It has trade winds cooling the effects of the tropical sun. It has classy hotels and first-rate restaurants.But yo can get thet anyware in the tropics.

Where Cuba is unique is in its culture. In fact, Cuba is music. You can travel nowhere on the island without hearing the beat of a drum or the strum of a guitar. Rivers

Cuba doesn ‘t have any significant rivers. The largest is in the south east and is called the Cauto. It is about 370 Km/230 Miles long,but only 75 km/50 miles are navigable with small boats. Otherwise,Cuba is pretty flat, making it a desirable place for the agriculture

Island & Cays

Offshore, the main islandsare Isle of Youth (La Isla de la Juventud), Cayo Coco and Cayo Romano. Isla de la Juventud  is 2199 sq km (850 miles) in size,with half being a nature preserve. Also, the best diving is off this island.Cayo Coco is a isolated island,popular with many of the all –inclusive tourist

Climate:

Cuba has a semitropical climate moderated by Northeastern trade winds. Dry season is from November to the en April and te average temperature in Havana is around 20 C/68 F, while the beaches average 25 C/77F. However,temperatures range between 17 C/63F to 35C/95F throughout the country,and there have been recordings as low as 10 C/50 F.

Cuban Music :


 Cuba is beyond question the most important source of music in Latin America. Its root rhythms – rumba and son created the pan-Latin music of Salsa, as developed in New York,Miami and Across Latin America,and in their older forms they continue to provide abundant riches. Now globally recognize in the success of the Buena Vista Social Club projects. But Cuban musical success and influence is by no means new

Cuban Cuisine:


The basis for a typical dinner is fried chicken or a pork chop or cutlet fried in garlic and onions, Although some restaurants and paladares also serve goat,mutton and lamb. there is not as much fresh fish and seafood as you may expect,what you can get is excellent, particularly the lobster,prawans an fresh tuna. As a rule the thumb,the simpler the dish the better it will be. Grilled or pan-fried fish is usually  a safe bet,but a more complex dish like risotto will most often Cuban cuisine is a mix of Spanish and African techniques, using local produce. Dishes like Moros y Cristianos (Moors and Christian; black beans and rice), arroz con pollo (chicken and rice) and picadillo (minced beef and rice) are common, as are soups made with plantains, chick-peas or beans
